The program

Houston Catholic Events sends email and, if you opt in with your mobile number, text messages about upcoming Catholic community gatherings, socials, and events in the Houston area, along with occasional related reminders.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and not all carriers or devices are supported.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

Acceptable use

Please provide only your own accurate contact information. Don't sign up others without their permission, misuse the site, or try to interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and messages are provided "as is." Event details may change, and we aren't responsible for events run by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTLY Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our messages, or attendance at any event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
